Well, I looked around and found nothing I could understand on this How could I have a rechargeable battery thats is extarnal become internal, with a charging jack? I would REALLY appreciate pics.

The 7.2 volts commonly used for PS1 portables They will be internal, but I want to charge them without opening the case

The 7.2 volts commonly used for PS1 portables They will be internal, but I want to charge them without opening the case but, i mean, what type of batteries? AAs? li-poly? li-ion? they are all basically the same. but, the only diagram i have is for the poly li-ion batteries that i use. basically, just wire up the charge jack to the positive and negative battery terminals along with the wires for the positive and ground leading to the screen/console.

do you have ben's book? he outlines those types of batteries. i've never worked with them.
